The Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore is more than just a hotel; it's like a small city.

Building a hotel as
huge as the Marina Bay Sands was a challenge. The hardest part
of the project was making the rooftop observation deck, called The Skypark. The deck
stretches over all three of the hotel's 55-story towers, and it's as long as the Eiffel Tower
is
tall. To build it, engineers had to use the same technology used to make some of
the world's biggest bridges
3 In all, more than 15,000 people worked night and day for
almost three years to finish the project.
