The flight from Huascol to Puerto Amulgo was delayed (six hours!). I was worried I’d get at the airport (and hoped that the airline would me in a nice hotel ☺) but anyway the flight wasn’t and we finally took off. The weather was awful, and we experienced a lot of , in fact, the flight was so that I got a (very unpleasant!). But the crew were very friendly and helpful, which made me feel better. The was not so bad and soon we were at the collecting our baggage. I slept well last night – I think I’ve got over the I had after my 12-hour flight from Europe.

Mona's Blog (5 July)

I didn’t have a reservation for the Eurostar train from Paris to London, but they put me on and I got a on a later train. It was a good journey, everything ran and it arrived on time. In London, I enquired if there was a carriage on the train to Scotland so I could travel overnight. The alternative was a hotel and the train at 6.30 am (too early for me!). When I get to Scotland I want to go to some of the islands. I hope the sea is . I hate seas – I always get !
